Quality: US&S achieved the ISSA-CIMS GB with Honors Certification, reaffirming our commitment to excellence and sustainability.

Systems & Technology: We launched the first phase of a major ERP upgrade, improving project management and job costing.

Stewardship & Family Focus: This year, we raised nearly $10,000 for United Way, volunteered in multiple projects, and supported a local family for the holidays—demonstrating our team’s dedication to service.

Project Joy
